    1. Envy is an ugly thing, son. There's a reason it's a cardinal sin.

    2. Not nearly as much as watching a commie spend the last few moments of its life helplessly flapping its arms trying to fly as it floats back to earth.

    1. My best guess is he hit it hard enough to pop the back end up, and it came down "inside" so to speak.

That still doesn't fit, too much crunch in that bumper, I'd have expected it to be suspended off the ground instead. But the only other thing I've come up with is "the post moved." And that makes even less sense.

    3. I did it also. Hard right turn, wet road, slid sidways right between a stop sign and a telephone pole. It was an early 70s Torino and I figured the telephone pole wouldnt budge so I sacrificed the stop sign, It bent right over and I was on my way.

  8. #7 is my eldest sister. She would never screw the covers back on and she was always in a rush and absent minded. Don't know how many times she would put in laundry, pour soap, close lid, and set it on top of the washer. When spin cycle came on this would be the result. We always told her to at least put the cap on or something to break the chain of events, but she would always say I don't have time to do that. But she always had time to drive 1/2 hr away at 10-11:00 at night for detergent because the local store was closed.

  9. 1) $150,000 BMW i8 plug in hybrid sports car. Arrogance can get you killed especially when go out and buy vehicles you aren't qualified tp operate.. My guess would be that they toggled it into race mode or turned off traction control and oversteered right into the drink. I wonder what the water is doing to all those batteries. Seems like an expensive way to try to shock some fish to the surface!

  10. I wonder how much time she had to clean up the mess, because I would bet that it was less than if she had just put the cap back on. This is a pet peeve of mine, because we have a 24 year old daughter who lives with us, most likely for life.
She is as smart as anyone her age, perhaps smarter. But she has issues with mental health that keep her from interacting well with others, so she will never live on her own. She does things like this, not putting the cap on a bottle, never putting things like cleaning sprays, etc, back where she got them from, than gets mad when we force her to look until she finds the item. At her age, there are very few things you can do to discipline her. All we can do, which is effective, is to take away her computer. She is allowed to use it from 6-10 pm each night, and that is all we allow her onto the internet. We try to not be too strict, mostly she has a few chores and that is it. But I do demand that she treat her mother with respect, and that is the one way for her to be certain that she is punished. We adopted her and her sister, and I also have 3 biological kids with my ex wife. The one thing that I always enforced, very strongly, was to not allow the kids to disrespect their mother. It is something that I never considered growing up, just because one didn't do that to their parents. And of course, with my present wife, she has always gone out of her way to be sure that she treated all 5 of my kids like decent and good kids, who always got her respect. I just made sure that they returned the same, including my 3 biological kids. It can be difficult, when you see your kid treating your wife poorly, or my personal pet peeve that is sure to make me mad, to have my kids lie, to either me or their mom.

  11. I can really relate with #6, we at present have my girlfriend's mom with us, she's been here for about 4 months now, she's having health issues and can't stay in her 2hour away from us home. So Saturday I was making supper, a ground meat and smoked sausage spaghetti, and had the drained fat from the meat in a bowl on the counter. Now Ms Charlotte is a nice lady but she does have a tendency to put and leave stuff in the sink. So long story short trying to maneuver around all this I accidentally bumped the bowl of grease, sending it everywhere, to say it made a huge fucking mess is an understatement. I bit my tongue so hard to keep from going up and down both their asses for leaving the sink full of their dirty dishes I actually tasted blood. SMH, I'm trying, I really am, but I'm not sure how successful I am in all this.

    1. I've never understood piling dirty dished in the sink. My girlfriend does this. Once the sink is full, how do you clean them? Better to put them beside the sink so that the sink is free to turn them into clean dishes.
