I'm surprised they still drug test for weed there

A new bill introduced in the state legislature seeks to prohibit California workplaces from using evidence of past marijuana use — such as that gathered during a urine or hair test — as a reason to deny someone a job.

The effort comes five years after Californians voted to legalize recreational weed.

    1. Only when it's advantageous to the Left. The law - or at least the courts - are flexible that way.

  3. That will work out well for bus and truck drivers and train engineers.
And the people on their routs.

You don't have to be a total moron to be elected to office in CA, but if you are, it makes rising to the top a lot quicker.

    1. Bus and truck drivers as well as train engineers fall under Federal DOT regulations, not State laws, so it doesn't matter with those jobs.
