Max finds a new home after year and half in shelters

NEW YORK - A very good dog named Max who spent more than a year and a half in shelters has found a human and a permanent home in central New York. 

Max lived at the Susquehanna SPCA for more than 450 days after coming from another shelter where he had already waited four months without finding a home.

A bit smaller, but other than that he's pretty much a dead ringer for that asshole dog Jack.

    Neat story. I grew up just about dead in the middle between Susquehanna and Moravia.

      I had to read that a couple of times. Couldn’t figure out how you could grow up just about dead.
      I’m ok now.

    Why didn’t they just put him to work as a guard dog at the Susquehanna Hat Company down on Bagel Street ?
