I just realized that's a (very high flying) bird's eye view of stacked logs/timber. Passover starts this coming Saturday at Sunset, so right now I've got Matzoh on the Brain ... but at first blush, the pic reminded me of stacked sheets of Matzoh. While I'm not a fan of Matzoh, nor am I looking forward to no grain products or anything with leavening agents (yeast, baking powder, baking soda, etc.), at least I can have wine !!!
The prices have gotten out of hand. I too am putting off what I can, somethings can’t wait and the price continues to increase. Part of my income is from rental properties, you know how people can be...
What are we looking at?
ReplyDeleteBird's eye view of a log deck at a sawmill. A very tidy log deck.

ReplyDeleteA sheet of 7/16 osb is running 35 bucks, 8ft 2x4 is over 7 dollars. Other lumber is priced out of sight too. I got projects around the house on hold.

DeleteMight just be time to invest in one of those potable sawmills!

DeleteAnother month or so prices will lighten up as people go back to work.
