As initially reported in The Blaze last October, Halle Biden, the widow of Beau, became involved in an affair with Hunter and threw his gun in a supermarket trash receptacle. ATF and Secret Service both investigated according to the report, which was outside the latter’s mission because Biden was not under Secret Service protection at the time.

Secret Service Says ‘No Record Found’ in Hunter Biden Gun Investigation
U.S.A. – -(Ammoland.com)- “Sources: Secret Service inserted itself into case of Hunter Biden’s gun,” Politico declared in an “exclusive” report Thursday. “Secret Service agents approached the owner of the store where Hunter bought the gun and asked to take the paperwork involving the sale, according to two people, one of whom has firsthand knowledge of the episode and the other was briefed by a Secret Service agent after the fact.”

Our rulers are above the law, it's long been so, and that's what's 100% bipartisan. Consequently there's no reason for anyone to have respect for the law, the black-robed masters, nor the well-armed criminal gangs (aka police) they use to enforce them on the little people. Only respect for their guns.

ReplyDeleteBongino reported on this yesterday and according to his sources, the SS was not involved
ReplyDeleteDo you have a link to where he said that?
Delete"No records could be found responsive to your request."
ReplyDeleteThat's not to say that no records exist. They just say that they have been instructed to say they can't find them.
This, children, is know as a non-denial denial. It's what the FBI has done repeatedly for years.
Same shit, different day.
...or that they would purposefully destroyed the records so that they could then claim that they couldn't find any, because, you know, they would NEVER obstruct justice because obstructing justice is a crime.

No real surprise here, just like the FBI and Hunters laptop, they probably already had Hillary come by to help "wipe it clean".
ReplyDeleteSo both the SS and the FBI leaned on an FFL to do something that would leave his ass hanging out in the breeze come his next ATF inspection.
ReplyDeleteBound book entry with the gun coming in, not in inventory, an entry showing was sold to Hunter, but no supporting 4473 OR no (or altered) entry showing disposition.
Luckily, the gun shop owner took a picture of the 4473 and "leaked" it on line showing that Hunter answered the drug question in the negative.
DeleteCarrying that "leak" one step further, someone might be able to claim that since Hunter was never prosecuted for lying on a 4473, that someone should not be prosecuted for the same reason.
I know, it's a BIG stretch that would cost a lot of money to fight all the way to the SJC, but anything's possible given the current journalistic climate and a further negative for Biden Inc.
Who knows maybe the SPLC would take the case (sarc, as I'm sure that someone reading this would think that I'm serious)

I was leaning toward believing that the FBI leadership was corrupted by their long time presence in DC but that the rank and file FBI agents were still salvageable. I find fewer and fewer reasons to believe that.
ReplyDeleteIt's like what one of the ATF supervisors told the 'rank and file' guys that were having a problem going along with Fast and Furious. He told them "If you don't like it I'm sure you can get hired as a deputy sheriff and make $50,000 a year".
