I've seen the video (somewhere, maybe here.) He shoots it at thick ice to demonstrate the effectes of the rifiling ont eh bullet...and that is that it spins like a top.
It is a Pallas' or Pallas cat, native to Mongolia and the Altai area of the Himalayan foothills up to about 15,000' Cute, but absolutely a wild and rare cat. John in Indy

I was thinking it looked a lot more like a vulture than a condor. There is a book titled "Vulture", written by a gal who with her husband runs a vulture recovery organization back in the Appalachian area. Interesting creatures with a much under appreciated role in life. If you get too close to them they will often regurgitate a very smelly juice on your face.
No deformation on the tip of the bullet?
