On the 14th floor...BALCONY??? WTF??? As a jumper I can tell you 1st hand you WILL need those 14 floors just to clear the side of the building BEFORE yanking the cord (yes, I know toss yer pilot)!!! Sheer drops have a habit of sucking you in if you're caught on the backside of a rotor...yes, you will meet yer new friend Darwin.
