POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A South Florida woman who set fire last fall to 10 garbage trucks outside a solid waste business where she worked has been arrested, authorities said. 

Saprell Frazier, 43, was taken into custody during a traffic stop Friday in Pompano Beach, a day after being placed under surveillance, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office report. She was charged with one count of burglary with structural damage and 11 counts of second-degree arson.

    1. The difference is all a matter of degrees. Incidentally, Saprell looks like she was caught in the back-flash and suffered browning of the dermal tissue.

  2. And how did I think not this was a "Too White" person? I wonder did she not have a thing for garbage trucks? Too noisy in the morning when she was trying to sleep off her crack whoring?
