And just like that, Fountain Run's black population was cut in half overnight

GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) - Glasgow Police Department have arrested a Fountain Run man with active warrants. 
Jonathan Kirk of Fountain Run was located by Glasgow Police on New Salem Road and Columbia Avenue. Kirk fled on foot and was shortly apprehended.

Fountain Run's just a few miles from here, a nice little country town.
City-data.com shows a population of 216 souls in 2019, the last year statistics were available, with a black population of..... two.

    Well, don't leave us hanging! Tell us how y'all managed to get it from 216 to 2!!! Would that explain all the what appear to be "hasty fighting positions" out in the woods? ;p

    Wikipedia says that for every 100 women age 18 and over in Fountain Run, there are 68.2 men. That is the most favorable ratio I have seen anywhere.
