COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police shot and killed a teenage girl who swung at two other people with a knife Tuesday, according to bodycam footage from the officer who fired the shots just minutes before the verdict in George Floyd’s killing was read.
How can one possibly construe this as racial injustice is just unfathomable. Look at what the "news/media" is doing to this country? They are the traitors.
Why was she in a foster home? The NY Post had that detail, but it seems to have already been deep-sixed by the blame stream media. Of course, the mother describes her as "sweet and innocent".
Mostly peaceful violence ... from 13% of the population that commit 50% of the homicides. Glad I live in a place that only has 0.5% of 'em in our demographics.
Anon, it's even worse than that. Thirteen per cent is figure touted for the TOTAL Black population in the country. Are ALL of them violent criminals? Not by a long shot!
I'm gonna pull a figure out of the air here with no basis in fact because I don't have the actual number. Let us for arguments sake, say that ... maybe ten percent of the aforementioned demographic is responsible for that 50% (I heard the figure was closer to 40%) of the violent crime committed in this country.
THAT represents a much lower and MORE DAMNING figure. Ten percent of that thirteen percent, or roughly 1.3% are responsible for the 40%-50% wave of thuggery that we have been subjected to.
Even if the number were higher than that ten percent, it still puts a whole new light on the subject.
Read one comment from a "person of Preferred Pigmentation" that the police should have stayed out of the fight because, "Black girls have been fighting with knives for eons, so leave them alone".
Feral animals do not belong freely roaming the streets. I do so appreciate progressives making the pathetic attempt to socialize them, it is most entertaining to watch. Mostly so when they light up the town!
Some of my Facebook "friends" (they're fun to watch) were bemoaning the fact an "innocent black teen calling for help" got shot by a white cop. FB wouldn't let me post the video on an open forum but a did post some stills. I expect to be banned by FB in 3, 2, ...
13 years have passed since I commuted to that shithole for a paycheck. Sure don't miss that. The choice is now clear for CPD officers. Sell the house and head for the hills. Ohio Guy
Cops are being told to stay out of it, that knife fights are an "internal matter". So what the black community appears to be saying is if a police officer responds to a 911 call, upon arriving and finding that it's an altercation between two or more black people, get back in the car and drive away. It'll buff out. Can't say I endorse it, but hey. It's not my call.
