VSP Communications Director Corinne Geller confirmed to the Washington Post that Charles Hewitt is no longer with the agency, adding she was prohibited from giving any additional details.
But Joshua Erlich, attorney for the driver Derrick Thompson, confirmed he was fired for cause in February.

All I'm saying is that with at least 2 other cops on scene, that asshole cop could've handled the situation differently. There was no need for all that shit.
More fucking Nazi assholes. What part of no consent to search do they not understand?
ReplyDeleteNow sue the ex-cop in civil court.
ReplyDeleteWhy do these black folks think they are exempt from the law. All he had to do was comply with a lawful order to get out of his car, it's not like he was pulled over for no reason!
ReplyDelete"Just obey orders" is what we tell serfs and slaves not free men. There was no reason for him to be ordered out of the car. He was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker. That is pretty much as "no reason" as you can get. The whole concept of "Lawful orders" from cops needs to die a quick death.
DeleteFirst off, I don’t like badge heavy fucks any more than anyone else but what exactly did the driver think was going to happen when he refused to get out of the car? The cops would just go away?
ReplyDeleteThis dumbass driver has all the common sense of “Sovereign Citizens” who think they can make up the rules as they go.
There’s plenty of STOOPID! on both sides of this equation.
It's fucks like that that make me hate the cops. IF, and I repeat IF the other 2 cops were "good cops" they would have stopped that shit. In not doing so, they are compliant in the crime.
ReplyDeleteCops, clean the shit out of your own yard before you come out and strong-arm us to clean ours.
100% agree. The other two cops are not good cops. They witnessed assault under the color of authority and sat on their hands. They should be summarily fired as well.
DeleteI used to be strong law and order. Used to be. Bad cops do not exist in a vacuum. The other cops know who the bad cops are. The supervisors know who the bad cops are. The fact that they allow the bad cops to continue to prey on people makes them just as guilty. Fire the lot of them.
Its easy to hate on the chops in this situation but how long working these areas before you act the same way?
ReplyDeleteFuck you bootlicker.
DeleteIf the VOLUNTEERS are unable to mentally deal with the stressors of the job they need to be moved to another job they can handle.
It's a matter of professionalism. The Smiling Trooper has no business being a cop.
DeleteMaybe he can become a Professional Burger Flipper, for which he's probably under qualified.

DeleteSomething involving the assembly of toilet brushes in a group-home setting, maybe
I am too old for this world! I see nothing at all wrong with what the cops did, except for taking too long to pull that turd out of the car. I strongly believe in police brutality - they need to be brutal enough to subdue anyone that will not comply with lawful orders. Do the people commenting here really believe the officers should have apologized and allowed him to go on his way because they inconvenienced him by the traffic stop? I have always felt that only an unarmed dumbass would argue with a man with a gun.
ReplyDeleteMy thing is, there's no reason for the verbal abuse and the Drill Sergeant In Your Face crap. Had he just pulled the guy out or even tazed him, that would be a different story.
DeleteAt least this current example of Derrick Chauvin was fired before he killed someone.

A Virginia State Police trooper with the perfect temperament to be on Governor Ralph Northam's personal security detail.
ReplyDeleteEnh, cops are like sperm: they have a one in 300,000,000 chance of becoming a human being.
ReplyDeleteHe does the demon face just like that anti-trump fbi fuck.
ReplyDeleteDood needs mental attention, or maybe an exorcism.
