One moment of inattention.....

A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a Georgia high school senior, authorities said Friday.

The arrest comes after Candace Chrzan, 17, was fatally shot Tuesday night in the backyard of a home in Mount Zion, about 55 miles from Atlanta.

    1. At fifteen I was hunting almost daily and shooting with friends.
The weapon jammed while the victim was shooting. The other youth was attempting to clear the malfunction. I'm betting the victim still had a hand on the weapon when it fired.

1948-76, as fund-raisers, our Rifle Team hosted gun-shows in the school multi-purpose room.

Every sale was cash-n-carry, no background check.
No paperwork because there was nobody to send it to.
