Bogside, go read the daily trial synopsis and tell me Floyd died of being strangled by a cop. Seriously, the only one who killed Floyd was... Floyd. Bad heart, bad tumor in his belly, out of shape, 3X Lethal Dose of Fentanyl and 1X lethal dose of Meth. Only Floyd killed Floyd. If the cops had let him go, he'd have died in 20-40 minutes anyways.
You wouldn't be able to recognize barbaric if it came marching down the middle of the street accompanied by a brass band wearing a clown suit and carrying a sign that said "Hi, I'm barbaric!"
I wonder if Mr. Floor might have capitalized on what seemed like plenty of opportunity to unass the scene, rather than get/remain in the cop's face? Should he have done so, might he have avoided his close encounter with the floor?
I almost hate to say that I liked this video, but I will. As for the GF situation, there are a lot of Monday morning quarterbacks that have opinions, but the one thing that they are all forgetting is that it doesn't matter at all what happened, or how it went down. What matters is, can the prosecution prove that the officer committed a crime. Because that is the standard that we use here, not whether or not you did something, but whether or not they can prove you did something. In other words, you have the right to be considered innocent unless and until you are PROVEN guilty, in a court of law, in front of a jury of your peers. It is not just semantics, and if any of you ever face prosecution for breaking a law, you will be extremely grateful that we have just such a rule as part of our judicial system here in the U.S. In many other countries, as well as I believe the U.S. Military, it is the other way around, you have to prove you are innocent. Not having sat through all of the many hours of the very detailed and complex testimony from the forensic, medical, police, and other experts, who gave their own educated opinions, I admit that I am not sure what the proper verdict is. From the beginning, it seemed to me that Floyd died as a result of his ingesting drugs in the back of the cop car to avoid being caught with them, and the knee on the neck was mostly just the excuse that those of his ethnic background chose to use to riot and blame the police for yet another dead criminal, who turned into an altar boy. But again, I didn't listen to any testimony and don't know what the instructions issued by the judge will be, which is also an important part of any jury trial. The other fun part is that the jury knows that if they return a not guilty verdict, their city will burn, along with most likely their very own homes, cars, and perhaps their very lives will be forfeit. That is why the case should have been moved out of state, but of course, the prosecution would never agree to that.
Effed around and found out?
ReplyDeleteNot as barbaric as the Minneapolis cops. At least they didn't kneel on his neck for 9 minutes.
ReplyDeleteHe knelt on his back. I don't feel sorry for criminals.
DeleteHell I could have accomplished it in 6 minutes. Wouldn't have taken 9. That cop need better training. Either way, Mission accomplished.
DeleteAye!
DeleteOr force 3 times the lethal dose of fetanyl/meth up his anus...oh wait!
Got 'whoopin'?

Depends on the circumstances and the jurisdiction.
ReplyDeleteOn one hand,
Plaintiff w/Islamo-beard = fuck him.
On the other hand,
Cop w/mask = fuck him.
Otherwise, good techniques on the choke, quick submission.
Thug cops are everywhere
ReplyDeleteThose Russian Walmart greeters mean business!
ReplyDeleteAnyone gives me shit about not wearing a mask, I start a coughing fit...
ReplyDeleteJust sayin'...
The miscreant plainly grunted, "I can't breathe."
