She put the chips/Cheetos in her mouth. When he stretched her back, she bit the chips, making it sound like he damaged her spine.A prank.
She cracked the dry macaroni in her teeth, as he cracked her back.
I'm not a fan of most 'practical jokes', but that one was pretty good.
She puts uncooked noodles in her mouth and when the guy “cracks” her back she chews down on them....CRUNCH—CRUNCH !

Don't ya just love a good practical joke? Especially when no harm is done to persons or property.
She and the guy with the fake snake would make a good couple.
