My neighbor just found a chihuaha on her deck last week. They took it to the local no kill shelter, who found a chip in the dog. It was 13 years old, and had been missing from the family an hour away for about 3 whole years. The family drove over and got the dog, happy as can be, of course. I told my wife that someone had to have stolen the dog, for it to have lived this long. It was scared to death on the neighbor's porch, and would not let the woman put it down, until the owners picked it up.
A 13 pound chihuaha? C'mon, man!
