Your Monday Morning Florida Report

A Miami woman has been charged for allegedly threatening to kill Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a criminal complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. 

"Niviane Petit Phelps knowingly and willfully made threats to kill and inflict bodily harm upon the Vice President of the United States in violation of Title 18, United States Code Section 871," from Feb. 13 through Feb. 18, according to the complaint.

  4. I would vote "not guilty" if I were on her jury. The rule of law either applies to everybody, or it applies to nobody. And since it obviously does not apply to any Dumbascrap politician like the Clintons, the Bidens, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, etc., it does not apply to the woman in Miami.

    Duck-ducking "Niviane Petit Phelps" revealed she's (gasp!) a "POC" that threatened to kill another "POC". (Sounds like a situation where somebody loses a weave.)
