Fucking California, man.....

A California state assembly committee gave its stamp of approval on April 27 to legislation that would significantly soften sentences for people convicted of some firearm offenses, with proponents saying laws against using guns in the commission of crimes disproportionately affect people of color.

The Assembly Public Safety Committee voted 6-2 to approve the Anti-Racism Sentencing Reform Act, though the proposal still has several hurdles to clear before becoming law.

  1. Won't happen, not even in California. And, anny politician, any body, whose identification is “the first Gen Z, youngest Asian American, and first bisexual state legislator in California history,” has no sense of reality. As my wife has said for more than thirty-five years, “Why does someone want to identify himself by a sex act?”

    1. Why? Because they regale in calling evil for good, bitter for sweet. Themselves are wicked yet seek to normalize their abhorent behaviors to assuage their guilt.

      That will be 5cents, please.

So reverse discrimination under color of law. Gotcha.

...and this is supposed to reduce recidivism or just encourage "people of color" to commit MOAR crime?!?!? WTF?

Yet another reason to stay as far away from Califruitopia as possible.

These "people" have really jumped the shark.

  4. Could it be that people of color disproportionately commit more crimes with a gun?
Sheesh, they use the actual facts to try and justify their racist policies instead of where they should be focusing their efforts!!

  6. Which is easier and costs less?
    1) Incentivize "people of caucasia" to start committing crimes with firearms at rates to match "people of collards" OR
    2) Arrest the firearm itself, to zero out the stats on who did what while being which color?

Gotta invest in popcorn stonks to truly enjoy the news stories featuring the very people who agree with this "legislative equity" being bitten in the butt in the short term once this passes. Oh the irony and schadenfreude will be mighty!

  7. I think this all could be solved by sharpening their Number 2 and scribbling a law against committing crimes...
