When I was in Pilanesburg National Park in South Africa our guide claimed the giraffe was king of the jungle, not the lion. They routinely win the fight but lose mainly if attacked by a pride, not a single lion. Very cool gif!

#8: Many years ago, a friend was divorcing her husband. We weren't "dating, but we did see each other from time to time during that. One night I picked her up to go have a bite and talk, and as soon as I got into the street, there was a "thump, thump, thump" from the front end. I checked, and all 10 lug nuts had been backed off. I was only parked about 15 minutes.
#3 An old Michigander like me can tell just from the picture that the ice is much too thin, and barely frozen. That's _before_ she steps onto it. The way it breaks shows it's less than an inch of half-frozen slush. The only good part of that is that she won't get trapped under the ice, but she might pass out from the shock of the cold. I hope it's shallow water so someone can wade out to get her. If it's deep, a strong swimmer could swim through that stuff, except it's risky because the cold can take away your strength.
Staged shot, or a woman from a warm climate with no experience with ice whatsoever?
