Gov. Newsom seeks to ban all new fracking in California starting in 2024
Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday said California will stop issuing fracking permits by 2024 and halt all oil extraction by 2045, using his authority to take on the state’s powerful oil and gas industry in a year he will likely face voters in a recall election.

And in the Santa Barbara Channel there is still so much oil it's still continually leaking out of the ground causing sheens in the water. By stopping this drilling & oil production this will only increase the leakage. And seeing as how the environazis are in charge of the entire state, forest production & logging, mining in it's various forms, as well as every other resource extraction included, just imagine the size of the cleanup bill, add to that the reduction of income to pay for it all, and whatayagonna do. Hell I guess like with the feral govt money just grows on trees. Oh excuse me, but you can't grow money on trees cause there ain't no F-ing water cause you released it all for the fish, which you can't harvest cause the whales & sea lions need the food......
