Looks like the cartels have a firm foothold in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Three people from Texas were arrested after more than 100 pounds of crystal meth and 40 pounds of suspected cocaine were found inside of a Nashville home during a bust of a “large-scale narcotics distribution operation,” according to police.

Arrest warrants indicate agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Metro police detectives executed a narcotics search warrant Wednesday morning on Alice Street, off West Trinity Lane beside the Cumberland River.

  3. Growing up in Boston I learned a basic rule. If you have available drugs, prostitutes, gambling, et al., you have organized crime. Moreover, all these activities are done in public, knownn to everyone, so key cops, judges, and politicians have been bought off.

  4. If I were king, they'd be given their choice of the following options:
    1. Consume their share of the drugs in one sitting (in this case 1/3). Only water, tea, soda or coffee to drink until they're finished. They've got to consume their entire portion.
    2. Loss of hands and reproductive organs and have the word 'druggie' branded on their face. Engraved with a soldering iron.
    3. Public execution by the common method of their choice.
After a few dealers become the example... There will be a decrease in offences. I guarantee it.

    1. Yep. Really like the #1. Been advocating that for years. "We won't charge you if you take all the drugs we found on you in one sitting."

  5. As far as legality?
Naturally occurring substances legal at age of majority. And there should be one age of majority. One, pick an age and apply it to all adult activity.
Synthetic substances, chemically processed substances to be ILLEGAL. Fine liquor grandfathered in.
