St. Louis couple who confronted protesters back in court
ST. LOUIS (AP) — A St. Louis couple accused of waving guns at racial injustice protesters last summer are due back in court Friday, when a judge will consider whether to send the case back to a grand jury to decide if they should have been indicted in the first place.

Both "brandishers"are attorneys. Pity the brandisher who doesn't have the means, the connections or the personal legal background to fight this ridiculous charge. Thankfully, DA KimGardner was shot down in her quest to continue her attack on these people. Gardner never should have been allowed to charge them in the first place and obviously, not ONE DAMN THING will happen to the non-white mob who broke through their private property causing the confrontation. Just makes me sick.
ReplyDeleteIf I remember correctly, the protesters had to break down a gate to gain access to that neighborhood. I would have done exactly as the Mclosky's did.
