Stopping the Federal Government Expansion Through Nullification
With the hard left looking to stack the Supreme Court, to eliminate the filibuster, and to take national control of all election laws – changing them in ways designed to benefit the hard left – the question of how to resist starts to take center stage. Nullification is exactly why they want to defund the police and replace them with a national federal police force that will take direction from DC and enforce the laws DC wants enforced. I used to think an article 5 convention was the answer but I'm now convinced that they ignore the constitution now and would ignore a revised one in the future. This will end badly.
ReplyDeleteWorse than that; an Article 5 (Con-con) puts everything on the table. Every article, every section, every clause, every amendment would be up for debate. These times of hardened political divide is not the time. Every debate would be subject to the subterfuge, sleight of hand, and duplicity of the socialists. Anyone who even whispers about an Article 5 better get their heads screwed on straight.
