#9. Smart guy. Smarter would be to put a flange on a couple inches in from each end, so nothing slides off if the rod tips a bit while carrying it. Smartest would be to put brackets in the trunk to hang the rod from. This is one of those times you want to buy the heavy duty PVC pipe. Next improvement: put a shoulder strap on it for waist level horizontal carry.
#7. Betcha that Lab didn't turn it off when he was done.
#7 And they wondered why their water bill was Sky high. #8 Self service dog wash just add Soap. #10 I use two carabiners. I bought them out of the US cavalry Catalog about 20 years ago pocket sized and will do the same job.
My GSD learned how to turn the faucet on, but I never could teach him to turn the damn thing off... sigh

#1 Daddy is a dealer
ReplyDelete#9. You're doing it wrong. I can carry more on my arms and in my hands than that and I won't look like some aboriginal kunta kinte doing it.
ReplyDeleteYea, I can carry that much in one hand.

#5 is from a 10 minute video - here's 10 minutes you won't get back.

It's the video I use to educate people why they shouldn't buy or use steel body armor.

What you mean is ANOTHER 10 minutes...
Delete#6 is great if you have the right sized log and the right straight grained wood. Try that on a hunk of Elm though...
ReplyDeleteElm splits just fine if it's frozen solid.
DeleteHave to do it in small batches though unless you have a big freezer.
#1. Venezuela. Checking to see if he has enough for a Coke.
ReplyDeleteUSA 2024. Dad wants to buy a gallon of gas.
