The Biden administration’s proposal aimed at regulating pistol-stabilizing braces is under scrutiny. Nearly all of the Republicans in the Senate signed a letter on Thursday that said the proposed rule would turn millions of law-abiding gun owners into criminals overnight and demanded its withdrawal.
The Executive branch does not legislate. Why are they even discussing "withdrawl"? To top it off, the executive mandate restricts arms, ergo is unconstitutional.

Ahh, the GOP - the sure do talk like lions when they're in the minority and can't do anything, don't they? Put 'em in charge, though....suddely, they're mice.
ReplyDeleteFuck these bitches. Hold them to the fire. The next time we have a republican president, and a republican majority in congress, if the ATF isn't abolished, they should all be hanged. Period. Right now. Both parties are the EXACT same, save a few actual outliers on either side - They all tow the line, keeping their class in power, and fucking all of us. Neither side really cares about their respective side of voters.
