Cashing in on her own stupidity

A Louisiana woman who went viral after mistakenly using Gorilla Glue in place of hair spray has launched her own hair care line.

Tessica Brown, famously known as "Gorilla Glue Girl," introduced Forever Hair on Wednesday. She says the line of products are made up of "all natural" ingredients that helped her hair grow back.

  1. When I first heard this story I couldn’t understand how a person could be so dumb. Then I saw a display of hair product in the store that was packaged in Gorilla Glue colors with a gorilla pictured. I still think she was dumb, but at least it was normal dumb and not cosmically stupid.

  2. Tessica Brown, famously known as Miss 80 IQ did not search “for a natural way to grow her hair, and ultimately collaborated with industry professionals to develop a growth-stimulating oil”; she became infamous for her proven vacuity.

The statement - "I launched these products to help not only myself but other people like me that need help growing their hair," Brown told CNN. "I am so excited about this launch because these products were doing so well for me, I couldn't wait for them to help other people." - is complete and utter bullshit.

Brown became famous because she was too stupid to read the label, and consequently drew the attention of some snake oil salesman who saw through her stupidity and made her their spokesman. She has “a management team” probably designated to give her a sense of prestige and keep her from suing the makers of “Go Rilla” Glue.

Her claim that she regrew three inches of hair in just two months is also bullshit. Maybe you can find that product marked with the “one weird trick” adverts you see on those specious pop-up sites while you scroll for news.

    Or featured on CNN.

    1. Yep, someone who is so damn stupid that they would use Gorilla glue in their hair is also a chemistry-marketing genius who could develop and sell this product.
