Hey, I agree the music was irritating, but still.....

Faced with incontrovertible video evidence of his guilt, a Missouri man has pleaded guilty to the vicious sucker-punching of a child, an unprovoked attack for which he will serve seven years in state prison, records show. 

Cedric Moore, 28, copped earlier this month to a felony assault charge in connection with his walloping of a 12-year-old boy who was dancing last year on a downtown Cape Girardeau street corner.

    Cedric never contemplated the consequences of his monkeyshines. Punching that kid in the face probably seemed like a good idea to him at the time. Unfortunately, the country is full of Cedrics. That’s why the prisons are so full.

      Bert, I have been saying that for a long time. OH love the “22lr Therapy” terminology.

      If you are not going to put this this animal down, its needs to have an appendage or two removed. That way he will look at the missing body part and remember that its a No No to behave badly. Best is to just put the monkey down.

    Here is the best part....the law working.
    Following Moore’s arrest for assaulting Hagler, prosecutors filed a probation violation charge against him. A judge this month ruled that Moore had violated his probation conditions and sentenced him to four years in prison, a term that will run concurrent to the seven-year sentence.

      Pardon me, PoppaGary, but no, THAT'S not the law working...the sentence should be "consecutive" (one after the other), not "concurrent" which means "at the same time".
