KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Two people are facing charges of animal cruelty following a report of a dead monkey inside a car Wednesday at Soaky Mountain Waterpark.

      I was asking because monkeys belong to a different religion than chimps and I want to make sure to send the proper sympathy card to the family.
