Judge Charges 3 U.S. Marshals After Deputy Marshal Refused To Say If She Was Vaccinated

Aberdeen, SD – A federal judge in South Dakota brought criminal charges of contempt of court and conspiracy to obstruct justice against three U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) officials on Monday in connection with a deputy marshal’s refusal to reveal her vaccination status to his court.

In March, U.S. District Judge Charles Kornmann tried to require all courthouse employees to be vaccinated, the Associated Press reported.

But U.S. Marshal Daniel Mosteller, who heads up the agency in South Dakota, told Kornmann that wouldn’t work because USMS was not requiring its marshals to be vaccinated.

  1. This judge is drunk on his own power. What about the Deputies rights under HIPPA? And they can't be forced to take the jab because it's experimental and you can't be forced to take an experimental drug.

    1. HIPAA does not apply to the judge, grocery store, or anyone else that is not considered a 'covered entity'. Covered entities include health care providers (doctors, clinics, nursing homes, etc.), health plans, or a health care clearinghouse.

Does that mean the judge is not drunk on his own power or a bastard? No. This judge clearly is one of many who should be hung from the neck until dead. That goes for cops, prosecutors, POTUS, or any other person or persons who act a might, tyrannical, shall we say. I don't know about you but my list is a long one...

    2. HIPPA only applies to "covered entities" (generally, health care clearinghouses, employer-sponsored health plans, health insurers, and medical service providers that engage in certain transactions).

It prevents them from sharing patient information without consent with some exceptions.

Nothing in HIPPA prevents a person from being asked about their medical care. You might be able to make a case under the ADA, but even that might be a stretch.

A week or two ago, a judge in Texas ruled that a private employer could force you to take the jab as a condition of employment.

  3. The U.S.Marshal Service may be the only federal agency that has not been corrupted by the Obammy scheme of slo joe and kamel toe.
So if this power crazed idiot of a judge wants to play hardball the US Marshal Service should remove the dependents to another district, remove all agents from this court, end any protective services they provide to this idiot judge and refuse to submit themselves to his court. Who is going after the US Marshal Service if they refuse the court appearance, some local deputy ? Not !likely so fuck this judge.

  5. The S.A.R.S.-CoV-2 inoculation is not a vaccine.
It is an experimental genetic concoction, and as with all experiments, the outcome is not predictable.
As with all research, standardized testing includes a) a test group and b) a control group.

During experiments with human subjects in the latest chinese influenza, inocs are the test subjects, normal folk are the control group.
    .
In other words, kommann is blowing smoke out his wazoo.
How can anybody with the sense gawd! gave a turnip demand anybody participate in experimental research?
    .
    .
I seem to recall inoculation status, like all medical status, is protected by HIPPA.
Nobody can ethically demand my medical records as a requirement for employment.
Well, they can demand all they want until they are blue in the face, and I am perfectly within the law to tell 'em to go whiz up a rope.
    .
Who has the kommann home address?
    Children's names?
Names of in-laws and other relatives?

The DoT requires a medical exam of OTR drivers. When I was employed as security at a National Guard base I had to have a complete physical. (The little redhead that checked me for a hernia was cute. I tried to go back the next day for another exam, but they kicked me out of the office.) Tow Boat companies require complete physicals before they allow a man to work on the boats. All of those involve medical records.

  9. I have a doctor's appt. on Monday, and I know that he will ask me why I have not gotten the vaccine yet. I will just flat out tell him that I don't trust the CDC, the FDA, or the government in general, and big pharma specifically to place my best interests ahead of profits. If they did, then the many new drugs that I have tried for chronic, near daily migraine headaches would not cost thousands of dollars. The last one that I was prescribed as an abortive, was 800$, for 10 pills. My insurance paid around half, leaving me with about 450$ to pay. I said no way, left and got to the car, where my wife forced me to go in and pay the money and get the pills. Of course, they didn't do a damn thing.
The only thing that I have found, in my 40 years or so of migraines that actually helps, is a narcotic like vicodin or norco, or a shot at the hospital like demerol or morphine, or the like. Of course, they no longer will do such a thing.
And I got a letter from my doctor's office this week saying he was leaving his group, and they would assign a new doctor to me. So it is all over with my history once again. On the bright side, my wife just reminded me that tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 61. I have understood for a few years now when my parents said things like, Oh, my back is killing me, or I am beat, when they just laid around all day. Have a good weekend all.

Do you continue to take your car to a mechanic that won't fix your car?
And punch your wife in the throat next time she tells you what to do ya pussy.

    2. Pigpen, have you tried alternative medicine for your migraines ? Something like chiropractic or possibly acupuncture may provide relief for you without the side effects of medication and the never ending blubbering about shots.
I've used chiropractors for a few ailments over the years with mostly good results so if your insurance covers it consider giving it a try.

    3. Anonymous 5:39, I said that I am getting a new doctor. And second, my wife has had to drive me to the emergency room or medicenter probably over 100 times in the nearly 29 years that we have been married. So punch her in the throat? Don't take this the wrong way, but I love my wife and am totally devoted to her. So go punch yourself in the throat. Don't take it the wrong way, though. I'm just being serious.

  10. The marshalls could just turn down their pensions and try to earn an honest living like the rest of us. No sympathy.

  12. Just a guess -- Probably not the first pissing contest between the judge and the marshals. Incidents like that usually don't just pop up of a sudden. The judge does seem to be wearing a hat that's too tight.

So stop all the bullshit about HIPPA, experimental vaccine, find a work around etc. etc. They don't give a damn about all that.

It's going to continue to get worse and worse until they get hung from trees and we all know it.

So stop the bullshit ides & opinions.
