Most California workers to stay masked under revised rules

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Workers in California will have to keep their masks on unless every employee in the room is fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.

That's the mandate under revised rules approved Thursday night by a sharply divided California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board. The guidelines are expected to go into effect by June 15 — the same day that the state more broadly loosens masking and other requirements in social settings in keeping with recent federal health recommendations.

    1. You are far too kind, the cactus fibers wouldn’t hold up to more than a couple insertions. Might I suggest trying a chimney cleaning wire brush. Available from 3” up to “oh my god” in diameter. -Bert

  2. They will be creating a "bullying" atmosphere in the workplace with this. But the hypocritical left is willing to bully the unvaccinated.

    1. Where I work in Texas, I must mask when not at my desk unless I have presented my vax papers and received a special sticker to be displayed on my badge. TX girl

    3. The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of "Men who wanted to be left Alone".

They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love.

They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it.

They know, that the moment they fight back, the lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the "Men who wanted to be left Alone" are forced to fight back, it is a small form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. . . .

Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these "Men who wanted to be left Alone", fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at the Left's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy . . . . but it will fall upon deaf ears.

    4. The bullying will inevitably lead to a goin' postal atmosphere in at least a couple of occasions, too.

  3. Statists love these mask mandates. This environment is allowing beurocats to create a different set of rules that can be used to "legally" discriminate against people for their political or religious beliefs under the color of "public health". "We're not harassing employees because they voted for Republicans, we're harassing them for violating the guidelines."

    1. While chatting with my bother the other week, he hesitantly asked me if I had gotten jabbed and I immediately asked if his gonorrhea was all cured. (I did let him know my true answer afterwards.)
He busted a nut laughing and said it was the best answer he had heard.
Advised I will be using similar retorts as fitting.
My employer mandates masks in the office unless on the phone, eating,etc....it used to be only when walking around or in the common areas of the multi-tenant building.
Fortunately I have been working from home since last March and with the draconian rules by Queen Brown in OR, our office will not be fully staffed at any time for the foreseeable future. After 20 yrs and on the downside of my career with this Co, I have pretty much informed them I will not be coming back to the office except for training or other in-person needs.

  5. I'm back and forth from AR and WA, where I'm moving too. Couldn't be more different-no masks at all in AR except a few old people(hell I'm old) but in WA, even with the mandate lifted from box stores, still 80%+ wear the fookin' things.

Even at the airport in Little Rock, the mask mandate was no where near 100%.

  6. And now most California citizens are to stay masked under revised rules because Gavie changed his mind. Again.

  7. These fuckers are so removed from reality (or so power hungry) that they don't realize studies have proven masks don't do anything positive. In fact the downside is bacterial infection and disease; does nothing to stop the virus because it passes right through the fabric...either way.

  11. Now that individual punishment does not work, they move to group punishment to drive compliance. Welcome back to Phase 1 (the dreaded rolled tampon). The rolled up red guidon.

The group must comply to advance.
