    1. Loved that Razorback coffee mug. I wonder if it was him paying homage to his hometown, Little Rock.

And Bailey throwing lit matches at his clothing.

    2. I was in the Radio biz for 30 years and worked at several stations just like WKRP. There's an actual station in Cincy with the call letters WKRC.
They got a lot of it right, especially the episode with the turkeys. I used to work for a guy who worked at that station at the time they tossed the turkeys from the chopper.
I also worked for an idiot general manager who thought a "fashion show" on the radio would be a good idea.

    2. Les was on the ground "reporting". "Here comes the helicopter... there's a banner. It says... ha- hap- happy- tha thanks giv... giving from w... k... rrrrr.... p". I think it was Herb and the "Big Guy" who actually tossed the turkeys to their death.

  6. The turkey drop. Hooking up with an old high school classmate. Always sucking up to 'the big guy'. Chasing Jennifer.
As previously posted, WKRP was a documentary, can vouch for that, I was working in radio those years.
He did a wonderful job with that character and was an important part of the show.
