As impressive as the zoom is, it's equally impressive how rock steady the sight picture is at maximum magnification. I'd like to know the details on how that was accomplished.
Very stable zoom, but not mechanically stabilized (I own a Shwem Gyrozoom used for shooting news from helicopters). Very impressive focal length. I do not believe it could be a drone shot (I'm also a drone pilot). There would be a dip in the image as the zoom abruptly stopped. I've seen ads on Instagram for these zoom lenses. One of these days I'll bite and buy one.
Good thing she didn't feel like she was sufficiently alone that she could go sunbathing.
ReplyDeleteImpressive but she's wearing clothes, and she's not sitting on the moon (that telephoto zoom video of the moon, from 2015, was much more impressive)
ReplyDeletePretty impressive zoom. In case anyone is wondering, that had to have been taken on the 'Flatirons' south of Boulder, CO.
ReplyDeleteZ is for... OG
ReplyDeleteThat is some zoom lens!
ReplyDeleteNow THAT is one hell of a zoom shot. Looks like Garden of the Gods in Colorado... can anyone confirm that?
ReplyDeleteNo, it's the Flatirons outside of Boulder, Colorado. Someone else mentioned it earlier.
DeletePrivacy? Never heard of the guy...
ReplyDeleteFlat irons Boulder Colorado!!
ReplyDeleteSomeone's always watching....always...
ReplyDeleteFlatirons, Boulder CO, amazing zoom tech these days.
ReplyDeleteThat's got to be taken with the Nikon CoolPix 1000.

ReplyDeleteI was waitin' for a Jeep Wrangler to appear going up the slope
ReplyDeleteSome birds have this acuity.
ReplyDeleteRaptors, eagles.
Each time some science shows the eyesight of a bee or the information gathered by a canine nose, I am amazed at everything I cannot see, hear, smell.
