A pregnant Arkansas woman's car was flipped on its top by a pursuing state trooper who accused the motorist of not pulling over fast enough, according to video of the brief chase that's being used in her lawsuit.
Was it Twenty-Twenty or 60-Minutes? Who did that demonstration of top-heavy stationwagon-trucks like this, their tendency to put the shiny-side down?

That 'bowling-alley' was not safe for the LawEnforcementOfficial to walk to the operator-door of the private-owned vehicle. LawEnforcementOfficials should know better. I suspect ego was involved.
All successful suits against police should be paid out of the police pension funds. If that necessitates reducing current pension payments to retirees, so be it.
...then they wonder why people want to defund the police.
Yeh, I know cops are human and have bad days sometimes. But, they need to held to a higher standard, especially if want to regain the trust and respect of the public.
I hope she wins a $100,000,000 judgement against that guy and the Arkansas State Police. That kind of cop behavior is worse than vile. It leads ordinary people to think the police are nothing but stupid vicious assholes and leads them to blm and antifa and other shitshowers.
Problem is taxpayers pay the bill. What a shitshow.
ReplyDeleteNot pulling over fast enough- appears to be BS to me. Pulling over where she was would have caused risk for the cop and subsequent traffic.

Contempt of cop is often a capital offense.
