Big Tech has 'taken control of the public square,' says lawyer

WASHINGTON (SBG) - Former President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that he will lead class-action lawsuits against Facebook, Twitter, and Google over alleged censorship, months after he was banned from social media platforms.

“This is the first of numerous other lawsuits I assume that would follow, but this is the lead, and I think it's going to be a very, very important game-changer for our country,” said Trump in a televised event.

  1. They will try to settle to avoid discovery which would involve disclosure of the details of their nefarious goals. But how do you pay off a billionaire with a significant donor army? President Trump wouldn't be interested in a settlement as much as forcing discovery. However, even though as lead plaintiff, it is a class action suit. Would he have that privilege? What of the other plaintiffs in the class, do they get a say so?

One thing about the Donald, he is a fierce competitor and he plays for keeps.

  2. This lawsuit was dead before the ink dried. Big Tech and the commie left are joined at the hip and the left OWNS the judiciary. They proved that fact when ALL the legal challenges to last years election theft were squashed outright, usually without ANY evidence even being presented. There are NO MORE LEGAL REMEDIES left to stop the left and their criminal accomplices.

    1. Bingo. That's it in a nutshell. Even IF Trump was on the level (and that's extremely doubtfull at this point).

  3. Billionaire takes on multiple billionaires. Can't see this going overly well for Trump - they can *easily* outspend him in the battle of "how much justice can you afford?"
