Capitol rioter who breached Senate gets 8 months for felony

A crane operator from Florida who breached the U.S. Senate chamber carrying a Trump campaign flag was sentenced Monday to eight months behind bars, the first punishment handed down for a felony charge in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and one that could help determine the severity of other sentences in hundreds of pending cases.     BLM, antifa..... The US is a lawless country comprised of 100's of 1000's of laws, rules, and regulations written by unelected bureaucrats and selectively enforced depending upon what one is or who one knows. There's no real reason to respect the law or the criminal gangs of revenue agents (aka LEO) that enforce it on a powerless and incapable peasantry. Don't harm others, but do what you can get away with.

    Imagine the penalty if they had done something really harmful, like call Pelosi a bitch. That is punishable by the death penalty, administered right on the spot. No doubt, that is what happened to Ashli Babbet.

    Judge Hodgkin is an idiot. The stain on our country that isn't going to go away is the stolen 2021 election. The events of Jan 6 2021 aren't even noteworthy except to expose the deep state's fear of the truth.
