The US is a lawless country comprised of 100's of 1000's of laws, rules, and regulations written by unelected bureaucrats and selectively enforced depending upon what one is or who one knows. There's no real reason to respect the law or the criminal gangs of revenue agents (aka LEO) that enforce it on a powerless and incapable peasantry.
