Department of Veterans Affairs becomes the first federal agency to issue vaccine mandate

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on Monday become the first federal agency to require its frontline health care workers to be vaccinated.

President Joe Biden confirmed the move in a brief statement to reporters Monday afternoon.

'Yes. Veteran Affairs is going to in fact require that all docs working in facilities are going to have to be vaccinated,' Biden said, following a report quoting his Veterans Affairs secretary regarding health care workers at the VA.

  1. Why doesn't some over priced lawyer invoke Roe v. Wade and tell them to F off?

  2. Yea they are worried about the flu. Seems fitting they would be so up in arms about the flu but terribly nonchalant about paying their over due bills totaling over $300K that span over the last 3 years.

  4. Since this "gene therapy" is still experimental, it's against the Nuremberg protocols to require a person to take it. And companies need to realize they're on the hook for death, or any ill effects, which conceivably could last for years. Supposedly 45,000 have died from the "vaccine" so far.

Yeah, that'll hold up in court, which is, you know, us.

  5. I am really glad I no longer work for them. The 'we're thinking about a mandatory flu vaccine, mask up or leave' was the 'fuck you, I'm outta here' moment.

  6. I feel sorry for the vets, now service may get worse if a lot of them quit working there because. I have a good friend Doc that chose to work at the VA and I commended him.

  7. VA has been fucking over vets since day one.

Vets are the biggest threat to standing up to this out of control government. Hence the new attack.

    They're asking for it ....

  10. Knew without a doubt this was coming. Government mandated "treatment". Just let that sink in for a minute.Mandated for a rushed jab with a fraction of typical research and reportedly severe side effects in some. Will tell you right now they are going to tie it to licensure somehow, thats the end game. The biggest tell? NO MENTION made of those with natural immunity from previous infection. How the hell do they get to ignore that? Next step include cops and first responders. Now when they do boot all of us, we will be replaced with sociopathic yes men/women. How's that gonna be for the system? Looks like I got some plannin to do, the changes they are a comin.

  11. Several Missouri hospitals have stated they will require all employees to be vaccinated or be fired. Missouri is an at will state. While I don’t work for a hospital, I am worried that my employer will make the same demand.

    1. That's basically what I did last year, when the mask nonsense started and the freakazoids, karens, were gaining traction. I said fuck it and filed. I make a little less than before but I don't deal with assholes and busy bodies.
I wasn't sure how I would like retirement when I was working but with the insanity going around I'm pretty glad I did it, now I don't go anywhere I don't want or see anyone I don't want
Fuck yea, it's a great feeling.

  13. this is a ploy to get anyone who isn't a lefty kool-aid drinker out of the VA. once accomplished they can start using the VA to go after any vet that isn't a biden voter...they'll declare people incompetent, insane, ect.

  14. ...and the VA isn't the only one. I was talking to a neighbor yesterday who works for the U.S. treasury dept. She told me that Reasury is also requiring all employees to be inoculated because "we have a lot of older workers on staff".

  15. Luckily I remember Aggie supplying this:

    Dear Boss,

Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law.

First, federal law prohibits any mandate of the Covid-19 vaccines as unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization-only vaccines. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that everyone give employees the "option to accept or refuse administration" of the Covid-19 vaccine. ( https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3 ) This right to refuse emergency, experimental vaccines, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. ( http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/ ). As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is. The Nuremberg Code prohibited even the military from requiring such experimental vaccines. (Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (D.D.C. 2003).

Secondly, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).)

Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery. Indeed, any employer mandating a vaccine is liable to their employee for any adverse event suffered by that employee. ( https://www.osha.gov/coronavirus/faqs#vaccine ). The CDC records reports of the adverse events already reported to date concerning the current Covid-19 vaccine.( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/vaers.html )

    With Regards,

    Employee of the Year

  17. As a VA employee, I will tell them to go fuck themselves. If push comes to shove, it's very easy to obtain CDC cards and lot numbers for the shot. There also, is a roadblock in the way. Biden et al will face The American Federation of Government Employees. I'm not a union guy, but many in the VA are and I expect this fizzle out in abut three news cycles.

    Bigg Ale
