#4 broke like a piece of tempered glass. Surprisingly strong and also weak. Seen it drop on the flat side 2 feet to a concrete floor and be just fine. But it's weak on the edge and weakest on the corner. When it was swinging it looks like the top right corner contacted the crane just off camera and poof!
#3. Even if that stunt went ‘right’ chances are the mats wouldn’t have given him enough braking to stop before he smashed the store.
#4 lifting a heavy piece of glass with only two points of contact? Deserved what they got.
#9. Snags will kill you even if you treat them with respect. This guy was using entirely the wrong approach and is lucky his feet were faster than the barber chair.
#9- He didn't. He saw what was coming and barely attempted to grab his saw. He was just trying to get away from the cascading debris from one rotten old Red Fir.
Somebody isn't minding the kids. They probably haven't been taught to not touch certain things. A good spanking will teach them that is a no no.
ReplyDeleteKids will be kids while mom's in the bedroom with the mailman.
Delete#10 The beatings will commence in 5...4...3...
ReplyDelete#9 If you are going to cut down a widow maker, carry a set of clean underwear
ReplyDeleteNo matter which way he ran, that tree was gonna get him! Did he live?
DeleteWorse was the barber chair.
DeleteLaunched my brother in law uphill almost sixty feet. Took him almost a year to learn to walk again.
That's what I was thinking. Which way do you run?
DeleteYou run uphill, towards the camera on that one. He tried to do that, but he slipped.
Delete#10. Beatings will commence shortly
ReplyDelete#3 Missed it by That much!

#10 must be mom's electronics?

Notice the lack of any response when the video taker walks in. No guilt, no fear of punishment.
ReplyDeletethese brats have never been corrected.
# 3....let him lay there for a while and contemplate his stupidity
ReplyDelete# 9...that's right, risk your life for a chain saw

#10 Could this be staged for an insurance scam?
ReplyDeleteLot of money soaking there. Kids may just be props
#6 looks like someone cut in front of the equipment operator, hope he had a dash cam.
ReplyDelete#4 That's tempered glass for ya, one molecular weak point and it explodes. Rupert’s Glass Drop FTW; release one molecule, they all go.

#4 - Imagine the clean-up!
ReplyDeleteIf it's like most crews, they just shoveled it around and then had the landscapers
Deleteprobably their cousins) bury it.
