Overkill, much?

Three people were shot, including a man who died after he suffered dozens of bullet wounds, during an apparent ambush as he was released from the Cook County Jail on electronic monitoring Saturday night, according to Chicago police.

Fifty-nine shell casings littered the 2700 block of West 27th Street in Little Village — across the street from the jail — around 8:50 p.m. The 31-year-old man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:25 p.m., according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

    1. So many rounds. Why? That reason is the "64 Thousand dollar Question"

    2. Perhaps he was hit with a shotgun? Saying "shot 64 times" is more dramatic than saying he was hit twice with a shotgun. News reporting "bullets" again more dramatic than "pellets". If it bleeds, it leads.

    3. 59 shell casings implies more than 2 shotgun blasts.

  2. He should have known that once outside of prison he could fall to government thugs looking for anyone not wearing a mask.
Anyone not wearing a mask identifies himself as a 'insurrectionist' and will be treated as such.

  3. "The police report said Sylvester suffered as many as 64 bullet wounds to his head and other parts of his body . . ."

    Do they suspect foul play?

  4. ". . . however a full autopsy report detailing his injuries won’t be released for weeks."

They're trying to figure out what killed him.

The other five shell casings were brass, and were recovered for reloading.

  7. Ever seen those slow fire guys at the range? They generally use modified Remington rolling block rifles and reload shell casings right there at the shooting bench. This wasn't one of those guys.

  9. It sounds like someone(s) is cleaning up Shitcongo one thug at a time. However, I'm willing to bet the "cleaner(s)" in this instance are also thugs, and need to be cleansed themselves.

  11. It's just the homies getting range time on the city streets. Where they're getting their ammo is the question.
