WHEATON, IL — A West Chicago man faces felony and misdemeanor charges after police say he fatally shot his neighbor's rooster Monday.
Richard Meyers, 68, of the first block of Prince Crossing Road in unincorporated West Chicago, was charged with criminal damage to property and animal cruelty in connection with the incident.
I found that an old tennis racket worked very well without fatally injuring the rooster. But the stupid bird kept attacking the wife & daughter, so AMF!
It was a free range chicken, means neighbor couldn't give less a fuck where it was til it ended up dead. And, why is it always animal cruelty when you kill an animal that needs killing. Daryl
