HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — Not only in Humphreys County dealing with an unfathomable loss of life and utter devastation left behind after historic rainfall trapped people across the are - they're also dealing with looters.
Waverly Police Chief Grant Gillespie said some people caught looting were taken into custody on Sunday.
Looters will be shot.
