Whoops, disregard the post below

The Washington Post reports that Joe Biden, bowing to pressure from the left, will extend the moratorium on evictions, after all. Initially, Biden had refused to do so because, as he acknowledged, he quite plainly lacks that authority. But now, he has decided to violate the law — indeed, the Constitution — and extend the moratorium.

  1. There is no law in this country unless you are a white male peon.

  2. The courts said they didn't have the authority to do this but they do it anyway. In 3 months the courts will say again they don't have the authority. Where is the rule of law.

  3. Is there such a thing as "Contempt of SCOTUS"??

And Nancy P won't let the legislation to do this come to the floor "because we don't have the votes in the Senate"

Maybe this is how the left is going to take Joe out and install Kamala.

    1. If Kamala is ever installed as President you might as well start the countdown to nuclear war. She'll want to do it just to show she can.

    2. Well that would be fitting then wouldn't it...First and Last Female President... Abolish the 14th and 19th...Hell abolish anything after the first ten and the country would be better off...

  4. Neither the CDC nor the Resident have any authority whatsoever to regulate real estate evictions. Real Estate transactions are exclusively a state affair. So why do the various state courts pay any attention to these edicts?

  5. I am kinda confused. I thought the courts just ruled that the CDC had no authority to halt evictions? Was the issues then passed from the CDC to the White House for them to act on?

  6. Those advising him to do so are all engaged in blatant gross violation of their oaths. Not that they care. They continue to make themselves ever less relevant. I wonder if one facet of this is to set-up the creepy pedo. When he does violate the Supreme Law of the land, they can toss him.

Landlords are free to dismiss this and move forward with their evictions.

  7. Everything and every utterance coming out of their soup coolers is against the law and unConstitutional. But they don't care. The reason the states buckle under is because the feds give them huge sums of cashola, which they steal right out of your pocket. Just before the states squeeze out their share.

  9. To evict a tenant, the landlord has to go through the court system at the state level. So a landlord is screwed no matter what they should be able to do legally. Don't want to pay your rent, and don't want to get a job? No problem, so long as you are willing to vote Democrat.
What a country! That was not meant as a good thing.
