An “impatient” customer tired of waiting to buy beer pulled a pistol and shot a store clerk multiple times in the groin and legs, according to High Point police.
The identity of the victim has not been released, but police say he “is in stable condition” at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. High Point is about 80 miles northeast of Charlotte.
Maybe he had people waiting on him. He was on a beer run and didn't want anyone thinking he run off with the money. That and the labor pool is getting drawn down to the point where some folks just ani't got what it takes for the job but their the best there is right now.
Stealth guess the race article. Again, I was not disappointed. Those Amish can get mighty impatient having their horse and buggy being held up by a recalcitrant customer.
When the mighty thirst is upon him a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do instead of just whine.
ReplyDeleteProbably should have just stopped at a bar, service is usually much better and faster.

ReplyDeleteIf he was getting Budweiser or Coors light I'll personally kick his ass.

ReplyDeleteA case where the shootee should decide punishment of the shooter.
ReplyDeleteI am so surprised - not!
