Dear Allan,
Just received the below email from my CEO this morning. So, it looks like the county now is forcing employers to require all staff to be vaccinated.
“Dear Team Member,
“With the increasingly rapid rise of new infections and the increasingly rapid increase in hospitalizations due to the scientifically proven, highly contagious, far more lethal Delta variant, counties in our area are recommending employers require ALL staff to be vaccinated.
“There are also recommendations regarding requiring tracking, testing, and masking.
“Our team is reviewing this guidance. We are getting feedback and legal advice. We are determining next steps on when and how this will be implemented. Stay tuned for more. We may start with a new tracking app that will be required by all employees on and off the job as a way to stay ahead of compliance recommendations.
“In the meantime, if you aren’t already vaccinated, be sure to get vaccinated (unless otherwise directed by your doctor). Keep wearing masks at work. Even if you are doubly vaccinated, a double mask can’t hurt.
“If you are vaccinated, please always carry with you a picture or a copy of your vaccination certificate. You may be asked to prove your status at any time. Also be sure to send it to HR as well.
“Sincerely,
I Am A Tool”
Allan, what are my options for not taking the Covid shot?
-Doc
Telling your boss to "GFY" would be a great first step...
ReplyDeleteThis person spent some time putting together a list of resources for the chinavirus. It may be useful for Allan and others faced with ultimatums from their employers, etc:

Ask employer to sign contract saying they'll pay thru the nose for forcing you take a suicide jab.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the 1st paragraph is nothing more than the "talking points", you certainly have an uphill battle. The rest of the letter tells me that admin is not interested in anything other than compliance.
ReplyDeleteA NY judge has already stayed an employer from blanket denial of religious exemptions. What provisions have been made for those with medical or religious concerns??
Be aware that in some instances, just asking the question can mark you. This is how controlling groups work.
Your options? Cash in your unused vacation, your unused sick leave, your IRA and or other retirement and go elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteDaryl
Well, this employer is (if this is real) seriously anal. Better off somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteDitto, tell them to get phucked.
ReplyDeleteCopy your rolodex first, squeeze off all vaca and sick time, walk out the door on a Friday afternoon with the middle finger salute!
"No, and if you fire me I will sue your ass for breach of contract - nothing in MY copy says anything about chemical suicide being part of the job."
ReplyDeleteStart by visiting America's Frontline Doctors [aflds.org] for information and resources.
ReplyDeleteHere is my plan and I am still at step one:
1). Refuse the jab
2). Employer now requires the jab, file a religious exemption
3). Deny the objection, force them to fire me
4). Fire me and I file a lawsuit (trust me, they will be reminded about a "discovery" phase, and they will not like it. Not one bit.)

Yes, THIS!
DeleteWas listening to a local radio show here in Oregon that was interviewing some guy. Didn’t catch the whole thing but he was saying that if you’re being pressured to get vaccinated you should file a hostile work environment case with BOLI. That would pit BOLI against OHSA who is doing the all the covid enforcement here in Oregon. And it would set you up for a workman’s comp claim due to stress related health issues. I don’t have any experience with anything like that but it sounds like it would be fun to see what happens.
ReplyDeleteExcept they are both goobermint agencies so have proof of everything you do.
DeleteHe could run for Congress I believe the D.C. politicos are exempt from thr vaccine.
ReplyDelete"counties in our area are recommending employers require ALL staff to be vaccinated"
ReplyDeleteRecommending is not a mandate. It is weasel wording to give the appearance of being a mandate.
While not being a mandate -- to dodge legal liability.
DeleteA "tracking App"? You mean for like for a smart phone? Sorry, I only have a flip phone/land line. OR; Sorry, I decide what apps I install on the device I pay for, and I won't install mal/ransomware.
ReplyDeleteThis is not legal advice, I'm not an attorney, etc, etc, disclaimer.
ReplyDeleteDemand a letter of termination stating the reason why or you aren't fired.
Demand a date to report back if put on leave.
Writing, writing, writing, paper trail, and film it all as well if in a one party consent state.
I wouldn't be surprised if some companies have a "policy" but then give every employee a religious exemption. This still isn't good for freedom in the long run since it's still a half-step.
I second Anon, use up those sick/leave/vacation days.
-arc
Our hospital offered a religious exemption for 10 days. After that date, no exemptions for any reason ever. RNs quit right and left; inpatient RNs carrying 10 pts each, ER carrying 6-8. It is hell.
ReplyDeleteJust curious:
DeleteHow did they explain the demand that in ten days, you give up your religion?
Your employer is about to get the mother of all enemas, in the mid-eight to low-nine figure range.
And that's before the remaining RNs start calling off sick.
Fortunately I'm not in a position where I'd have to comply , go elsewhere or other option. But I do have close friends employed in the "corporate" world, one of which says his employer is mandating every employee take the jab, and they have around 85,000 employees. Many many are not going to do it and opt to wait for firing. likely insuring a class action discrimination lawsuit. Many will succumb to the loss of all their rights and freedoms. Comrade Chico is now threatening turning OSHA loose on employers, never mind OSHA is, and always has been, unConstitutional. But that don't bother the legislators cause none of them actually know what the makeup of the Constitution is anyway. It's going to get much uglier before it get better folks, and I do feel for those in the loss of job predicaments. More and more evidence of sever health maladies and loss of life are turning up after the jabot's only a matter of time before it becomes so great it will be impossible to cover up. No jab... BFYTW
ReplyDelete"We may start with a new tracking app that will be required by all employees on and off the job"
ReplyDeleteThat alone would elicit a hearty "Fuck You" from me.
Shine that motherfucking job on.
ReplyDeleteNobody needs to grovel at the feet of any company CEO or owner
The shit is about to hit the fan anyway.
While their are some options available the commies in power are working hard to make getting the Jab a LEGAL requirement....that way their complicit associates in business can FORCE employees to submit without risk of any legal repercussions. It's TRUE facism where the government's is using willing businesses to do their dirty work. Any available alternative for employees WILL be negated by illegal government edicts. Eventually the alternatives will be get Jabbed or starve....or start killing the enemies behind this.
ReplyDeleteAt Will state can fire a person for any G-D reason they want, including no reason at all.
ReplyDeleteBut what they cannot do is terminate you for unlawful cause, which includes religious objections.
DeleteOnce they ask you why you aren't getting that shot, firing becomes de facto retaliatory, and malum in se.
They stepped in that hot cow patty, now they can enjoy licking it off their own paws.
If they want to fire people for no reason, they have to fire them for no reason.
Once they start shit, it lands on them in 100% of cases.
True, but if you are of the right race, sex, age, or disability status, you can get a nice parting gift from the stockholders a few months after you get canned.
DeleteFuck em. I ain't doing it. And if enough people don't then they have a real problem now, don't they?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, and FUCK EM.
About three weeks ago in the german magazine STERN there was an article about this COVID where it was said that some teenagers used their PC to fake a test.
ReplyDeleteYes, you need one original but then you can make them yourself (use the graphics programme on your PC. Or you can do it with EXCEL. I made my own wargame counters with EXCEL.) - not that I support this.
On the other hand: Go to the local Motorcycle club (Hells Angels etc) or the Mob and for the right amount of money a real doctor (on their payroll) will give you the proof that you are double jabbed. That he poured the vaxx into the sink and just touched you with the syringe WITHOUT needle is not on the vaxx card.
They have learned nothing from Prohibition. If the Mob can make some nice money they go for it like a piranha for a bleeding human.
Alex Lund
This is one cowardly piece of work by your employer. I'd start looking for another job, but this letter doesn't actually say you have to get a Vax. All the language is a maybe, so not responding at all will likely get you through until you find something else. It doesn't sound like they would actively try to force compliance...yet.
ReplyDeleteHere is a sample of the sort of letter you can send to your employer from lawyer Robert Barnes.
ReplyDeletehttps://vivabarneslaw.locals.com/post/689810/vaccine-mandate-employee-letter-example
Barnes is a smart dude and is very against compelled Jabs. He has at least one active lawsuit against mandatory Jabs going right now. Go read the letter he's put out for free on the web. And you CAN claim that you would be receiving an EUA (non-FDA approved "emergency-use authorization) Jab right now, because of the below:
While the Pfizer version of the Jab is supposedly FDA approved, the Pfizer product they are actually giving to people right now is NOT the FDA-approved version, it is still the EUA version. Now it is unclear whether the FDA-approved and EUA versions differ *medically* -- but *legally* they are NOT the same thing. (This legal difference may have to do with manufacturing processes, or documentation thereof, but under law they are NOT the same. If you get a Pfizer Jab now, it'll be the EUA Jab.)
PS, why would they still give the EUA-Pfizer Jab? Two reasons:
1. Pfizer wants to use up (get paid for) its EUA stash. If they didn't use it, they'd have to throw it away (lose money).
2. This is the big one. If TPTB were actually shooting people up with the FDA-approved Pfizer Jab, then the other manufacturers' products legally CANNOT be given. You can't give an EUA drug if an FDA-approved version is available. That would cut into profits of three other major pharma companies who don't have any FDA approved Jab yet. So right now they are saying (dunno if it's true, or a lie) that there is not enough FDA-Pfizer Jab for everyone, so no one gets any. If that sounds underhanded, sneaky and possibly some sort of illegal collusion, well ... how is that different?
Didn't Post Office employees come up with a pretty effective solution to workplace bullshit a couple decades ago? So effective that it became a stereotype, in fact.
ReplyDelete2 options:
ReplyDelete1: Fake vaccine card. How to do it is out there.
2: Find a different job and tell your employer to fuck themselves. There's a nation-wide staffing shortage, which means a seller's market. Relevant video I just saw about that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nox8BydYPHs
