Get ready for the lawsuit, Jackie

MADISON, Tenn. (WKRN) — A gay couple in Nashville have been looking for wedding venues since getting engaged in July.

After searching around, Mike Gill said he contacted The Barn in the Bend to tour the Madison venue.

“I can honestly say when we started looking for wedding venues, we didn’t think that we would come across this at all, it was a true surprise,” Gill’s fiancé Coty Heaton said.

The couple got an email response from the venue’s owner, Jackie Daniel, stating it was against her policy to conduct same sex ceremonies.

    1. That's exactly what the two Oregon dykes did to the cake shop.

  3. Why can't, don't these businesses put a sign up that says "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"?

  5. Sick of these faggots thinking they have all these rights when all they really have is a mental illness. Take your faggot freak show and go elsewhere.

  6. Religious exemptions to uncivil and immoral life styles have bankrupted a Baker on the west coast. It would be better to not have any availability until at least a year or so after the selected date. If nothing else they are too impatient to wait. Life needs to be much harder for people that intentionally make problems for others on purpose.

  7. I’ll bet you dollars to doughnut holes, they “searched around” until the found a venue that said no to same sex marrage, so they could “get triggered” and throw a bitch fit to get their 5 minutes of fame.

  8. First it was just tolerance of two people in love
Then is was recognizing civil unions
    Then it was marriage
Then it was baking a cake
    Then it was forced acceptance
Then it was trannies need all this too
Then is was pervert men in the ladies room showing off their junk.
Now it's back the fucking cake
Now it's do the ceremony or else.
It's all bull shit. Equal rights? Na, SPECIAL rights.

  9. Even though many don't like what the LGBTQ community get up to we more or less minded our own business as long as they did.

However that's completely changed in recent years and these pieces of shit go more than out of their way to shove their bullshit in our faces at every turn.

You're really fucking asking for it freaks.

    1. Actually (I know it’s an uncomfortable, and disgusting fact – but provably true nevertheless), barring a tiny percentage, most gay males ‘choose’ to be gay after experiencing their first, formative sexual experience at the hands of another gay male (shocking I know but who could forsee that formative experiences can dramatically affect a persons lifelong ‘preferences’ /sarc. Where do you think so many fetishes come from?).

(Most lesbians ‘choose’ that orientation ‘only’ after being unable to have, or having a negative, heterosexual experience. Notice how being lesbian exploded as stable monogamous relationships were destroyed and the hook-up culture expanded).

Contrary to the portrayal, reality shows that the overwhelming majority of gay relationships aren’t May-September but March-December (old-young), so much so that in a heterosexual context it would be seen as not just creepy, but illegal.

Hey, but what do facts matter.

  11. All they need do is find an outfit that hosts Gay weddings. No need to trample on people's choices. But instead, they mean to bring trouble and grief to people who refuse to recognize their perversion as "righteous" and demonize those people who have different beliefs. Does anyone agree to call this "Straight Bashing?

  12. See, there used to be a time when you could come to someone like me with your problem, and then your problem would be relocated to multiple landfills. But no...you people kept sending the FBI after us. So, enjoy!

  13. If I, being a man and not Jewish, went to a Jewish Synagogue and demanded they marry me to a women. However, we wanted a to wear Nazi uniforms and fly the swastika, would they have to marry us?

  14. Funny how the left says it's okay for monopolies like Facebook and Google to discriminate and trample rights of conservatives since they are not the government but then going nuts over someone not wanting to bake a cake or host a gay wedding.

  15. I will keep saying this...
    .
I hate the fabricated terms 'gay' and 'lesbian'.
    Hate with a passion.
    Those people are homosexual.
    .
I think normal folk using their appropriated words gives those people a legitimacy they did nothing to earn... and will not value.
