The city of San Francisco will pay 10 lucky individuals who are "at high risk of shooting someone" $300 not to pull the trigger or be involved in shootings.
Does this mean I should carry my arsenal across state lines in the hope of being one of the lucky ones? Too much work. I know I can already loot $950 per store per day, so a lousy $300 per month is not worth the effort, so I'll leave my arsenal home but will get myself that $950 per day per store 'job'.

Yeah but if they take the 300 and kill somebody they will not be jailed for the homicide but for breaking their promise. Of course as soon as they pay back the three hundred they will be released. They will get the 300 by signing another agreement to not shoot anyone. This is so fuckin ridiculous.
This offer is only for criminals. Law-abiding citizens have to not shoot people for free. Someone needs to address the growing law-abiding citizen wage gap.
