"Send him in, I ain't scared of no dog, homes"

A man was arrested after he ran into a stranger’s Glendale home and then strangled a police K-9 that was sent in after him earlier this week, police said Friday.

It all started just after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, when Glendale officers noticed a man looking into the windows of parked vehicles in the 1500 block of E. Colorado Street then enter a restricted motel area, Glendale Police Department officials said in a news release.

  2. So they sent in the K9 without backup? Same should happen to them.
The K9 officer should have been there with a drawn weapon to cover his dog.

  3. The cops should have borrowed NYPD's "Digidog".

According to one article, the criminal entered a 'guilty' plea to a felony and received seven years in the penitentiary.
In the adjoining article, the criminal entered 'no contest' to an infraction, and received a reduction in rank and assignment to desk-duty for six months.
