The Taliban could get their hands on up to 150 nuclear weapons after America's catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan, former Trump security advisor John Bolton has warned.
Bolton said it was possible the nuclear weapons could end up in the hands of the Taliban if the Islamists take control of Pakistan in an interview with WABC 770 on Sunday.
Elections have consequences.....
ReplyDeleteWell that is somewhat ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteI suppose they will get several thousand or more, if they overthrow Russia. Both outcomes have a similar likelihood.
Lot of ifs strung together in that. American equipment doesn't mean much without the spare parts needed to duct-tape it together. Americans have enough trouble keeping American equipment running as it is.
ReplyDeleteIf someone wanted to make sure the Taliban would never be able to threaten Pakistan, the empire should have left a few dozen F-35s behind. They would be bankrupt in a week.
Kinda like the Blackhawks left behind that everybody freaked out over, not realizing they have to have regular maintenance and an overhaul every so many hours or they'll fall out of the sky.
DeleteYep. And anyone in the loop on that article should know this. So it looks like a planted cover story for a future nuke false flag. "Where did THAT come from? Taliban? Uh, OK. Good thing it wasn't Dimona. No sir."

DeleteTechnically, they only need to fly once.

And even non-functional equipment can be used for a nice photo op.

John Bolton is a neocon blowhard idiot. He hasn't been right about anything since forever.
ReplyDelete-Mike G.
"John Bolton is a neocon blowhard idiot" warmonger.
DeleteI was terrified when Trump appointed him Nat. Sec. Advisor. Then Bolton revealed his true and got fired, thankfully.
Nemo
You are correct...but remember that idiot Trump put him in there in the first place.
DeleteSaber rattling. He's just starting early on his campaign to invade Afghanistan. Any excuse to start another little war. Good jobs at good wages for his buddies in the defense industries.
DeleteDoes the Taliban have the PAL codes? Do they know how to do even basic maintenance on the devices? Do any of it wrong, and they got milk duds.
ReplyDeleteBut, really, should we hope they fire one in front of the WH, and in every blue US city?
Davey Crocketts?
ReplyDeleteFrom what I had heard a while back, Davey Crocketts had something to do with Benghazi. I don't remember how.
ReplyDeletePakistan IS an Islamic hellhole.....with nukes. There has ALWAYS been a risk of fundamentalist savages overthrowing the existing government and gaining control of nukes. And some of those savages WILL use them if given the chance.
ReplyDeleteWeren't the Taliban bankrolled by Pakistan's ISI? I mean it wouldnt be the first Frankenstein to turn on it's creator but I'm thinking they're not overrunning Pakistan without a big chunk of the pak military or Intel services helping.
ReplyDeleteThe solution would be to turn Pakistan into a sheet of glass once the threat is confirmed.....I mean, we can always say we're sorry afterwards....hey it works for Facebook, the FBI, and US Intelligence....notice I separate the FBI from Intelligence....
