CLEARWATER, Fla. – A 70-year-old man has been accused of slamming a child to the ground at a Florida playground after yelling that kids were making too much noise.

    Don't none of you say you haven't thought the same. However, the way I figure it, if a kid is acting out it's the parent's fault.

    It was a 10 yo at a playground. Now if it had been a 17 yo, I can see the justification.
