MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A newly released surveillance video shows when a man broke into a neighbor’s home and shot him shortly after midnight on Sept. 8 in Miami-Dade County’s Westchester neighborhood. The victim’s wife and three children were home.
The surveillance video shows a man using a sledgehammer to break down the door, walked inside, and another man who was armed with a baseball bat followed. Detectives identified the gunman as Julio Perez and the victim as Robert Muina.
Time for this man to become an insurrectionist and buy his own handgun.

ReplyDeleteWith the quality of journalism these days, I would not be surprised if Julio shot the door open, then sledged the dead fellow.

.
I am reminded of David Koresh.
He jogged each morn, the wives brought cookies to the surveillance crews.
LawEnforcementOfficials could easily invite him in for an interview... but no, the Bureau needed to justify their budget.
.
So they shot the door to smithereens, then promptly lost it someplace in TheEvidenceChainOfCustody.
We're old fashioned where I live but we generally require someone to die before a murder charge can be filed.
