CALAVERAS COUNTY, Calif. — An intruder was shot and killed by a homeowner after deputies said he broke into the same house twice in two days.

Don't telegraph your intentions.
Kinda reminds me of my ex - when she realized there was no way I was not going to divorce her, she got really pissed and vengeful (traits which were one of the reasons I was leaving) and would threaten me with shit, then acted surprised when it didn't work because I took measures to protect myself.

  1. But if you don't divorce me I can't get the crooked court to give me all yer shit! Equal rights my ass. I've seen men working three jobs paying child support and living in their fuckin trucks. The ex won't work and spends her time in court begging for more money which she gets. She spends the money on her latest boyfriend and nothing trickles down to the kid. I have seen this first hand. I worked in this field for many years.

    1. And people wonder why men don't want to marry much anymore. I've seen it too. Rewarding behavior and traits that should have been weeded out by a woman's parents is not good practice. SMH.

    2. #1 reason why I'm a man going his own way. It's a choice between building my personal little kingdom (business) and living free and happy, or, having a snake rob me of half or even all of it when she did nothing to build it. No Thanks.

The modern system is setup to crush the family unit and it does a fairly good job of that.

  2. I think your story is probably more interesting than the Calaveras County one. I wish there was a MORE link under "I took measures to protect myself".

  4. From the story in the link: "The patrol deputy submitted an application to get Elizalde’s bail increased due to the statements he was making on returning to the home, but was ultimately denied by the judge because of the misdemeanor arrest charges."
That right there should also help the new homeowners and the one who killed him, walk away without any charges.....the system already knew that he was going to return.
