There is a major difference between city thinking and country thinking. I've lived in both. In the city, especially in crowds, you assume someone else will step up and do the right thing. There's no need for you to get involved. In overly dense populations you also keep your blinders on to the people around you. Nobody is so extroverted that they can live in that dense of a population and be happy interacting with all of the people around them. If someone starts to choke in a crowded fast food joint in the city, they are more likely to die than a person choking in a small mom and pop dinner in the country that has very few patrons. If you're the only one in the restaurant, you know it is up to you.
The caught the asshole in #1, a repeat offender whose last victim told them she should not be let out. I think she is an Asian lady, who lost a tooth and got beat pretty bad by this bitch. And yes sad state of affairs, but so many people don't carry any kind of weapon and are too afraid of getting stab, beat or shot themselves. They are not thinking about if several people jumped her ass the odds of that happening lessen greatly.

Well, I'll be dipped. Learn something new every day. The one I found first was a 3 ton job for a little over a hundred bucks. If I was still working in the woods I'd get one as I always had a compressor in my work truck. It would also be super handy using it in a porta-power situation. Unlike a hydraulic jack the airbag setup would not be position sensitive.
#7 Bad dog. And the pupper is feeling pretty bad. Poor thing. I've got a Golden and have seen this reaction on occasion when she takes something she shouldn't have.
